Good mirror, but...
The optics are excellent, and the lighting is good - uniform and sufficiently strong (on max) to view details. If the silvering is durable and the bracket remains as solid as when new, this is an excellent purchase.
Couple of things which however fall decidedly short of the quality I expected from the photos:
1. The fixings provided are horrible. One screw snapped while screwing it in, and the head on the other two screws was so ruined by the time I had tightened them that I unscrewed them (ruining them totally in the process) and replaced them with good quality screws. Don't bother using the originals, and get some decent steel screws. The plugs are just about OK, but not good either - in a solid brick wall, drilled with a 5.5 mm tip they were spinning freely. Replacing with good quality nylon plugs is also recommended: the mirror is relatively heavy, and it will be moved a lot in typical usage.
2. The battery tray is not fitting properly, it doesn't close flush when batteries are inside and it is of poor quality overall.
3. Hot glue to fix the electrical parts to the body. Really?
The dimmer, although it works well, is a bit of a gimmick: the light intensity is adequate on max, and any dimming makes it insufficient.
Be aware that the high magnification means reduced depth-of-field. If you can see the tip of your nose in focus, the back of your cheeks will be out-of-focus. If you plan on using the mirror to apply make up, a 7x or even a 5x may be better purchases, since they will allow all the face to be in focus at the same time.

The old one was nicer, but this is better
This was purchased as a replacement for a ~10 year old Corinthian Triflow. In terms of manufacturing/engineering, it is if possible of even higher quality than the old tap: it is simpler to install, the internal flow especially of filtered water is much higher and the whole tap is built like a tank.
Aesthetically - and clearly this is a personal, subjective judgement - the old design was more successful: slightly lower, wider spout and more graceful detailing, especially in an "old style" kitchen and house. This one is very Germanic Art Deco instead of neoclassical.
One note to the unwary thinking it would be an instant replacement: the braided tails on the new design are quite a bit shorter than the old ones (about 2 inches / 5 cm) and the cold water is now 15 mm instead of 10 mm, which will almost certainly mean a need to make changes to the water supply pipes. The fitting of the filter, on the other hand, is very easy and the pipes are completely compatible with the old filter cartridge. Fixing holes and brackets are also largely trouble free (which is just as well, with a granite top!!!).

Excellent!
Excellent bandwidth and signal power - it made a clear difference even to devices that were "OK" prior to its installation.
Super-easy setup as a basic extender via WPS takes less than a minute and two button presses - however for those that like to tinker and customise there are plenty of options. Only slight negative of the quick setup: it makes accessing further configuration options a bit of a faff, including having to scan QR codes to install apps.
For example, the blue LED lighting makes it look like an alien spaceship, but if installed in a bedroom it is too bright and it may disturb sleep. Is is possible to switch them off - including a "night mode" option that only switches them off during certain hours, but it took me about 10 minutes to do so: far longer than the initial setup.
