Beautifully made, badly designed

1. Excellent build quality
2. Compact design
Minus Points:
1. No way the output comes close to the claimed 11.9kw burning wood.
2. No internal baffle/deflector to prevent majority of flames and heat going straight up the chimney stack
3. Very fiddly top plate removal procedure - it is easily dropped from flat bar tool provided
4. Ash removal window at base of stove is too small. Either lifting out of raised grate or vacuuming required to remove ashes. Very fiddly.
5. This model comes without the raised grate - which is essential. Why is this?
6. Difficult to light without a long barbecue gas lighter

One size doesn't fit
Body part is OK, but sheep's head is for midgets - much too small. Doesn't even fit my neighbour's ten year old!
