Fire lighters
These work but have too much wax compared to others I have tried. So the wood fibres are so tightly stuck they need to be prised apart to help them stay a light.

Seeland boot dryers
Not had these for long so time will tell whether they last. Initial impressions are good. Be tween myself who works outside all day, my partner who runs and two boy playing in the stream we use boot dryers every week. These feel quality. They fit in my younger boys shoes (just).
They don't over heat your shoes which is ideal for leather.
we tend to put them in over night and wet boots always dry by 7am
