4 of 24 found this helpful Having issues with my iPhone which was why I bought this for replacement. I have not had time to run to the store to check if the product has issues since I work/study 80+ hours a week. Product arrived fine but battery heats up a lot and I have not used since the first two days I tested the product.
Not sure if it’s faulty. The battery heats up a lot and at one point I was afraid it’d overheat. Did not charge or use it after that. It’s been sitting in the box since until I can find time to take it to Samsung to ask for warranty help of some sort. I tested the functionality in 2 days and everything was working like a normal phone except for the overheating issue.
Left it uncharged and battery lasted 2 days. Can’t say anything else about it since I have not properly used it.
In terms of overall use, I still prefer the iPhone. Samsung is probably for people who prefer pretty wallpapers and stuff like that over actual function. I find the iPhone to be much smoother, less lag and I definitely have never had my iPhone heat up whether from usage or charging. I’ve owned both androids and Apple over the years and I still prefer Apple. I find it more reliable and overall to work better and be more durable (except for cracked screen problem).
