  I won this auction fair and square. The seller cancelled my order without even contacting me. He stated in the cancellation details that this second-hand item is now out of stock. Completely unscrupulous seller. He didn't like the price it sold for so didn't send it out. Reported to eBay for breach of contract and to ask for eBay to arrange a member strike.

  When packing the order I thought I would include a USB cable. When testing the cable on the device it didn't power up. I then tried a different cable and so on. I then realised the device was dead, so I cancelled the order and immediately refunded the customer. I explained this to the customer, and he believes I cancelled it because I didn't want him to win. I have no use for the device and with his logic I should have just shipped it broken.
