Good for my non-standard use.

I used this along with a pool pillow to fill/bridge the gap in my boat's cockpit. It keeps the tarp from dropping and forming a pocket that collects water. So far it's working. I had about a foot of snow on it and it's still holding air and shape. The air fill has a large opening and a smaller one too. The plug screws in so it won't pop out.

Excellent value.

I can easily see the values from across the room. It was extremely easy to set up. It tells me everything I want to know. I would have liked wind direction but for the cost, it simply can't be beat.

Side winder tape is strange but nice

Its different than the usual stand up types. It will take getting used to mostly because I'm used to the other style. It doesn't fall over and is kind of 'streamlined' laying on its side. The tape has fractions written on it by 1/8s while the odd 16ths are still there as numbers 1,3,5... These number fractions are on the bottom while the top has the traditional length line indicators. I prefer an auto locking tape with a manual release. This has it. This can be pushed with you finger or thumb depending on how your holding it. a normal tape would be awkward using your finger. I also like a 3" body for easy addition on inside measurements. This has a 3-1/2" body so the math is still easy. There is a hook on the back so I suppose you could hook the body to a board or whatever and pull the tape out. not sure why you would but you can. It has a writable surface on the bottom I don't think it has a belt clip. I don't use one so if it came with one I tossed it. There doesn't seem to be a way to attach one though.
