  Item was despatched promptly and received unopened as per the description. While this was a replacement for one my grandson lost in the summer, it was the green rather than purple model of the car. The packaging wasn't transparent so no way the seller would have known and neither could I until opened but I'd have rather had a 'new and unused' toy for him so that was always the risk and no blame on the seller at all. Really pleased all the same and would happily recommend.
