  I was sent an incorrect item by accident (the 26L variant of a backpack instead of the listed 34L), so that wasn't good, but it seems like it was an honest mistake and the seller immediately refunded me in full. Having the wrong item sent isn't great, but if it's going to happen (and it will because sellers are human too) this is exactly the kind of interaction I want to have: quick, easy, and efficient to get it sent back to him. If he had the 34L variant, I'd have bought from him again!
