  One of the plastic buckles for the shoulder strap was broken, rendering the rucksack unusable. There is a fix for this situation. However, I have to pay for it. The buckle was not damaged in transit because there was no broken part in the box. Frustrating, to say the least, I now know when no returns with this seller were possible.

  I told you via message that I wouldn’t have shipped the item if I had known the buckle was broken. I was very thorough in the listing pictures. The item you bought has a lifetime warranty and I even sent you the original receipts so you could get a replacement buckle free of charge. This review was uncalled for.
