  I received two speakers loose in the box. The magnet of one damaged the cone of the other. I know how to repair it but not everyone does. I contacted the seller and was just given a canned reply regarding the return policy. I don't think I will buy from this seller again if I can't be sure their listings will be suffiently packaged to survive shipping. If the seller would have offered a partial refund or offered to send a replacement if they had one, I would be leaving more positive feedback.
