  The radio I ordered was as described and posted in good time. However, no radio code supplied with the unit of which I had to purchase separately at quite an inconvenience and cost, communication was good but never followed up on sorting out the problem, despite promising to do so. The packaging was good, however I do not feel it was great value for money given the extra purchase I had to make, also no returns.
