Product was damaged in shipment.
0 of 2 found this helpful It arrive with the casing broken, print quality was good when it would print. Paper would frequently jam. I ordered this product to replace my HP Officejet Pro 8600 which needed repair. My printer had provided outstanding performance since I purchased it when it was first produced. The cost of repairs outweighed the cost of a used replacement.
