  The item was exactly as described so no issue there, the packaging however was so overdone it took several hours to get to the item purchased, it did arrive quickly though so very pleased, item was well described and arrived very quickly, so other than the overdone packing everyone was good

  So receiving your item undamaged due to good packaging is a problem? I'm sorry, next time please specify minimal packaging and I'll send it in a bin liner and cross my fingers it arrives unscathed. i only wrapped it in 1 layer of cardboard and some brown tape, maybe using scissors would have saved you several hours in unpacking time XX Denise
