Good Auxiliary Heatsinks for GPU VRMs

I purchased these heatsinks to cool the VRMs on my AMD R9 290 GPU with the NZXT G10 watercooling modifcation. This GPU is known for its high VRM temperatures when overclocked, even with the GELID VRM heatsink kit and a fan blowing directly at it. For additional cooling I purchased this pack of coolers and attached them to VRM 2 on the 290 (the pack of 3 VRMs that control memory voltage) and the rest of the pieces on the other side of the PCB of VRM 1. I have noticed a great improvement on VRM 2 temps and a slight improvement on VRM 1 temps (to be expected) and am happy with my purchase.

Portable Powerhouse

I've owned this laptop for a little over a year and highly enjoy it. It's powerful enough to run the most demanding applications like VMware Workstation and photoshop, yet its lightweight and has decent battery life. The screen is beautiful: one of the best I've seen on any laptop including Macbooks. If you need a Macbook-pro level laptop but also need Windows, get this!
