  The item was exactly as described. I needed to clean it up as it was quite dusty and the lens, screen and mirror were all a bit dirty but it was a fair price and it does exactly what it should.   Sadly the multimeter had been abused and slow blow fuse fitted which resulted in no protection for movement which burnt out as a result!! The good point is that the fuse is the only unharmed part in the meter!! The seller took great care in packaging and posing promptly but cannot use for parts or anything else. Have not waited 7 days and left negative feedback since I am sure seller acted in good faith, pleasingly, seller accepts returns and this will be sorted as I have initiated a return
