    Sent the wrong item. That's OK, these things happen, could have been sorted out in a couple of days. But they were so slow to communicate. Wouldn't send the correct item until I sent back the wrong one, I had to wait several days until they told me the address to send it. Finally received my item several weeks after I paid for it. They promised to send me the postage cost for sending the wrong item back - but I'm still waiting!
