Irregular People by Joyce Landorf Heatherley (1982)
3 of 3 found this helpful While this book is written from the author's religious perspective (Christian Evangelical), there is real help here no matter what your religious affiliation. Dealing with a number of difficult people in my own life, "irregular people" as Joyce Landorf would call them, left me puzzled as to why some people I love were so unkind and critical of me or outright ignored me. Irregular people are unable to interact with us like most normal people. They can be critical, mean, unable to give a compliment or acknowledge accomplishments. They can be "blind" or "deaf" as to who we really are or what we are trying to make them understand. This emotional "blindness" and "deafness" can be devastating to us and we ask "Why? Why can't XXX hear me - or see me - or accept me?" This little book answers those questions while the author searches for the reasons why there are "irregular people" in her own life. Irregular people do not include the mailman or a casual friend or a work mate ...irregular people are the people closest to you that cause the most pain. Your irregular person or persons could include a spouse, a parent, a child, a sibling or a grandparent. While irregular people can differ widely, and not all irregulars will be as bad as some of the characters in the author's life, there are facets of the irregular personalities that will jump off the page in an "Aha!" moment involving someone in your own life. Joyce gives real life scenarios of how irregular people hurt us, how they make our life miserable and how to deal with them and eventually live in harmony. Joyce outlines changes she made in her own life to accomplish this - new thinking that we all can apply.
I found this book to be immensely helpful in my own life and I keep it handy to refer to when needed. It was recommended to me initially by a friend and I am grateful for having found it. It has explained much that I thought was unexplainable.

Smooths and Tightens Skin
I had used this product for some months, saw good results, then ran out and used something else I thought might be just as effective - not! I won't be without Neroli Eye Serum again. While not a miracle product, it definitely improved the elasticity of the skin under the eyes of this 64 year old. I also use it around my lips and on my neck. Use a very small amount - your face should be a bit moist when applied or add a drop of water as a carrier. I like the fact that the product is organic. I have sensitive skin and this eye serum has never caused any problems for me. The fragrance is very light. Highly recommend!

My Favorite Liquid Foundation - Good Coverage
I used to use Bare Minerals mineral foundation. I developed a skin condition and needed more coverage. This product is a good color match and with a little extra application, covers my red spots. Does not dry skin out.
