Buy this if you're after a good laptop.

One of the best laptops you can get for the money. Not the best looking but doesn't bother me. Easy to clean fan, change ram memory....

Bristan has an Absolutely awful customer service.

Was fine for 2 years (5 years warranty) and after we started having problems with it. Bristan replied late to our emails or didn't reply at all for weeks. Tried to call them but never ever got to speak to someone as I was on hold for almost 2 hours once..... Got it replaced with a different make. Never ever
