Does exactly what it states
Fixed a damaged charger cable(outer cable covering) and prevented any further problems

Not suitable for repair.
Although the listing stated that the LCD was not functional, further investigation showed that connectors to the display had been tampered with and the backlight cable not connected. Not sure of the ramifications so will split and sell body for repair/ spares and the lens separately.
