Not new
I sent this to my mom. My brother opened it and put sim card into slit and it dissapeared into phone. He said there was screws missing and scratches on case. He had to smash phone to get sim. I didn't bother making a claim as my brother took no pictures and throw it away

No sore neck
Before I purchased this bar pad my shoulders was getting sore because bar would dig into my neck and shoulders. Now I have no pain and my squats have improved great product

Smoke detectors
Recently upgraded my old smoke detectors for these and it was a easy swap ti do. Turn power off and connect. Goid price and good product
