Super-fast efficient service and communication. The item was well wrapped for posting and arrived safely in first class condition. Initially had problems pairing with my iPhone 8, but discovered the watch had been previously paired with a NEW iPhone and had stayed at that level even after being re-set to factory settings, so would not work with an iPhone 8. Who's ever heard of a Snobby Watch?? Obviously Apple!! However I'm very pleased with this buy. Many thanks!!
