Replacement tensioning gear.
Original had a tooth broken and the metal support was bent. If the height adjustment gets hard to turn, take the planer apart and clean around the gears on the posts. Unfortunately, I did not soon enough. I think the teeth are plastic so cleaning becomes even more important.
