Overall, this is a B- or 85% satisfied. The reproduction kit for my vintage Max Rebo Band action figure set was slow to ship (shipping time). When I messaged the seller, I received no response (communication). I was patient. I was about to cancel when I received an automated notice that it had shipped. Once it shipped it arrived in good condition and appeared as advertised. This was an expensive buy, but the product will look great in my display. I just wish the seller would have communicated.
