They are large because of the huge heat sink, but it keeps them really cool and even setting the fans to 75, they are still really quiet. In my mining rig I am getting about 490 sols at an efficiency of 4.35watts per sol. If electricity cost doesn’t matter, you can get 530+ sols on more power.
