Overall good, could improve handling and usability.
This remote is great in that it is up to date with new model devices you many have that wouldn't work with older Harmony remotes. It is not very ergonomic though. it is hard to hold firmly in your hand and move your thumb to the most commonly used buttons. Your thumb can't really reach the touch screen to do functions either if held the way you should. Using the Harmony desktop program to set up activities and devices works very well. You cannot seem to customize the buttons on the remote as I had been able to with the 650 model I have. The touch screen menu is not very user friendly either. I do like that it has a rechargeable battery base station. Overall good, but I miss being able to hold firmly in my hand and use in the dark reliably.
