Looking good but annoying design error
only just had so canot comment on reliable. Annoying that it isnt very stable as upright in storage as it doen't 'lock' the handle like most do - so it balances with handle slightly forward of perfectly upright; however - the handle can swing and come crashing down onto the floor and i am waiting for time this happens and handle is broken. particular nuisance if plugged in charging if it wont balance upright. Noticed its pick up very good in normal position - ie without using the turbo positions for turning the brushes. This supposed to give 60 mins use - never used it that long but did 30 mins with short bursts of turbo 2 and 3 and no problems Emptying reasonable straightforward once you understad the rubbish (no pun) instruction leaflet.

Disappointed
no care to parcel wasn't any wrapping just label on roll so not only do you loose a bit getting off label but also in my case the roll had had some impacts so making stretch marks and bit mis shaped Not very strong meant to stretch wrap tears very easily very frustrating plus where impact dents cos no packing it tears there too If been wrapped brown paper or card roll would got a 4 star maybe but disappointed how easily it splits or tears. need use tape as well if wrapping few things together
