It works!

So, the only good measurement of an electronic device is "Does it work". and yes, this works. It was delivered on time and I have no complaints.

Its what I needed.

I actually bought this so I can charge spare batteries. Plantronics doesn't make a charging station for this headset, other than in the headset itself. Happy I can keep all my batteries changed as I am on the phone a lot.
