Best women's flutter sleeve dress for summer or in a hot climate! It looks great while being funcional!
This is perfect to wear in the tropical area of Mexico! I can use it as a bathing suit cover-up, or a cute, comfortable dress when I go into town to purchase groceries. It's also a lightweight fabric that is cool to wear! I hand wash it and air dry which keeps the color vibrant.
