Does the trick
Bought these to access some circlips inside a Grohe thermostatic shower mixer. The variety of heads meant that the job was a breeze and absolutely no damage to any parts. Not the highest quality product but not bad.

Fine in a specific case
If all of your stubble points roughly in the same direction when you raise your chin then this device is useful and particularly on long stubble because you can use it with a wet shave. However, this is all good until I get to the stubble on my throat which turns perpendicular as it passes around my larynx. This is not uncommon. This device just doesn't do the trick here. I also tried it on shaving my head and it did a pretty good job although once again tricky at the sides where the grain of the hair is parallel to the floor. Yes I did turn the blade so the device was being used against the grain as instructed - I'm not that dumb but this is not at all a natural motion. Would be easier if the handle had a pivot point approx 1/2 to 2/3 the way up so that the blade could be made perpendicular in either direction. (You saw the idea here first Philips and owe me full royalties if you ever produce a product anything like this) Basically good on stubble that points approx north/south. I'm not switching from using a regular razor yet.

The right weight and smooth
Nice smooth pulley and heavy enough to keep the cords withing the track even on track 2m across. Easy to install and can be made heavier if needs be by putting plasticine/blutac in the housing.
