Not to my standard
Difficult to rate on pick lists but this was not for me, I found the precision of chain location poor and the tool is springy in use -- too much plastic . It may well suit some users but not good enough for me, I would prefer to pay more and have abetter tool. The supplier refunded without any quibble so full marks to them.
