My favorite running ear buds
This model MX680i of Sennheiser ear buds is my favorite set for running. This order comprises my 3rd & 4th pair. The first pair lasted 3 years before fraying about the plug. The second is still in service but beginning to wear out. I bought 2 so I would be set for the next 3-4 years. Hopefully BlueTooth headsets will be improved by then. The cord is very tough and takes a lot of punishment. My second set was slammed in a car door and though the cord was crushed, they still work. The wings and covers that the buds use to fit into the ears work very well for me. I have found these to be the best for keeping in place while exercising. Sweat seems to not affect their performance. They are not sound isolating which I feel is important when running in traffic.

Excellent NC Bluetooth headphones
I’ve tried the noise cancelling headphones from Sony and Microsoft prior to buying this set of Bose QC 35 IIs. All had excellent NC capabilities but the Bose were far more comfortable. I have encountered some pairing difficulties but install the Bose Connect app really helped. The price has been dropping on these because Bose 700s are available. I would recommend these to anyone that needs to wear headphones in a noisy environment all day long.

Don't waste your time on this book.
Wow, I can't believe that someone can write a Childe cycle book and make it so boring. Too be fair, I did not finish reading it (which is very unusual for me). It was so dull that two thirds of the way through I just wandered off and found something more interesting to read. The only good thing about this book is it makes you realize that Gordon Dickson was a great writer.
