Stunning detail, challenging painting project
Beautiful sculpt of an iconic Warhammer character. Though a very dynamic model, assembly is not too difficult. I recommend painting Alarielle and her mount separately. Both models are surprisingly accessible during painting, with nooks and crannies easy to reach with a brush.

Rewarding kit for the experienced modeler
Not for beginning hobbyists, Glutos Orscollion on his mutant-drawn RV in the company of his retinue is a characterful and fun kit. Significantly, its design lends itself to painting in sub-assemblies, which is essential for these multi-mini tableaux GW has released. In this way, the Orscollion kit is similar to the Katakros kit, which may have been the first of this type of Age of Sigmar deluxe leader mini. When it's time to assemble the multiple components, hobbyists should definitely dry-fit each part before gluing, because the figures crowding the carriage fit together like a puzzle.

Tsuge's work exposes post-war Japanese life that's left out of American textbooks
I read the the more recently published "Slum Wolf" as an introduction to Tsuge's work. I loved it enough to seek out other titles and have found "Trash Market" even more compelling. Maybe that's because this title offers more breadth of theme than the later book. It supplies a lot of context for the scenarios and especially the characters in "Slum Wolf."
Some people complain about the quality of Tsuge's illustration. It seems perfectly suited to his storytelling, though, and I find it more alluring than more technically polished manga illustration. To me, Tsuge's illustration shares qualities with Raymond Pettibone's work in ink.
Tsuge's work explores dimensions of post-war Japanese history and society that I hadn't encountered before. It's worth checking out.
