I dispatched within 12hrs of purchase tracked & well wrapped, as contracted to do by Ebay so i kept my part of the deal so no idea why the neg-was as helpful as i could be, even phoned the nearest sorting office to buyer to enquire as to issues.. Item will turn up eventually say RM, when I contacted head office. They blame bad weather and christmas post. Costs refunded -hope buyer enjoys her freebie when it turns up.

Champagne,Prosecco glasses
Bought these for my daughter as she loves a Prosecco and was absolutely delighted when I gave her them,so much so we had a Prosecco in them to celebrate ,sorry we forgot to take a picture
