A nice machine.
1 of 1 found this helpful So its a nice looking machine and it feels well built. The chrome details are nice and on the whole it feels good to use. The coffee capacity in the head is a a bit small and the height from the head to the cup stand is a little small too. In practice this means small cups and not strong coffee. I had to change my favourite (large) cup to use this machine. The steam wand on mine is incredibly noisy in use and it doesn't texture the milk easily. It tends to blow bubbles rather than agitate so getting the milk right has been a bit hit or miss. That said it does make steam so maybe its my technique, we'll see.My last machine was also a DeLonghi (RIP my friend) so when I needed a replacement this brand would have always been on my radar. I do kind of wish I'd seen it in the flesh first though as the size would have made me think again but only because I'm fussy with my coffee and I hated changing my cup... The machine itself, if you don't want large strong coffee, is actually very good value and it looks very nice in the kitchen.
If this was 50% larger in capacity and it use the older design milk steam head it would be 10 out of 10. As it is, for my requirements, it only scores a 7. You may score it higher if it fulfils you needs adequately. Does look nice though.....

The best easy mod for your car.
This is the best modification you can do. Seriously. There is no down side. They fit easily and perfectly and make your car better. No more rain drips or buffeting, just ace. I don't know why car manufacturers don't fit them as standard. They are really sturdy and well made without being tacky or boy racer. Smoke in your car? Buy some.....
