Wood disappears quickly

Pro's it does the job it is designed to do very efficiently, but time will tell if it remains so. Cons, my wife says its noisy, and it does not like mulching greenery and as a result have had to take the chutes off to clear the blockage several times. It is OK if woody bits are included. This is not what it is designed to do, so it is me abusing its capability rather than a fault of the machine.

Surprised buyer

Although a refurbished item you could not do better than these. I had a problem loading some of my old professional programs but after a few hours of frustration and contacting the software provider it was a Windows upgrade issue and not the laptop, I was given a fix by return email from them and it worked fine. Checked the program on my old laptop and it locked up on loading on that one as well although it worked fine a couple of weeks earlier. Waited a couple of weeks before providing this feedback just to see how it works, no problems after its initial set up it delivers everything that I expected of it, if I have any issues it is with the Factory guarantee which is listed as expired on the HP website for this serial number, but they assisted with my software problem even though the fault was not there's. I was sceptical over the purchase but was pleasantly surprised with the product provided.
