Excellent product, professional result, quick and efficient
3 of 3 found this helpful It is a very professional product with excellent results. It heats up very quickly and maintains temperature throughout the session, without getting too hot to hold. I have really curly hair and this product indeed straightens it very well in around 30 minutes. Hair feels smooth after straightening. You must use distilled water and fill the container up around two times for 30 minutes of use. Also, you must use the smoothing hair products that come with it, for a perfect result. The only negative, if I can call it that, is that the product is a bit heavy. Otherwise, it is an excellent product, does what is says it does and would recommend it to anybody.
