VERY POOR QUALITY - DO NOT BUY !!! Straps turned to powder after a few weeks.

Absolute rubbish. I used these straps to secure ordinary garden furniture back in late March 2019. After only a few weeks in ordinary daylight, the straps have deteriorated to the point where they have fallen apart and turned to powder. (See photographs). The straps - the business part of the product are rubbish. The metal ratchet component and hooks are still going strong. The packaging, an impressive, hard plastic case was very sturdy, if not over the top. Had the product been as good as the packaging this may have been a different story. I would expect a product described as 'heavy duty' to last a few years - NOT just a few weeks. VERY POOR QUALITY - DO NOT BUY !!!

Good item - Good value - works well - Easy to use - Does what it says on the box.

Easy to switch from normal use to telescopic pole use, the sections just slot together - no screws, no clamps - and easy to switch back. Powerful motor to drive the blades allowing quite thick branches to be easily cut. Only downside is that the cutting section is a little heaving when using the pole extension.
