Best ear defenders for musicians
This is the third set of ear defenders I have tried and Is by far the best. Clearly effective in bringing the decibels down they still allow me to hear my own instrument (I play saxophone) in a Concert Band where I usually sit in front of the Trumpet section. They also allow you to hear the MDs instructions and to talk to fellow musicians.
