Good quality tyres
These are the third set of Toyo proxes cf2 that I’ve had on various cars. I find them very grippy and also good at bringing the car to a fairly rapid halt under any weather or road condition. The only small downside is that they ride slightly less comfortably that my previous tyres on this car, but I’d rather have the Proxes handling and braking advantages. They are fantastic value for such a good tyre.

Great little camera
Sometimes overlooked as a camera maker, the Casio exilim range were really very good. The image quality is surprisingly good and the menus intuitive. Useful charging cradle allows you to view and scroll through images whilst charging, and the overall build quality is much better than many competitors’ cameras.

The best dot
I’m a big fan of the 2nd gen. dot. The sound quality is more than adequate for most applications and because of its 7 microphones, it never misses a command unlike lots of the later or more sophisticated devices. Perfect mix of cost and function.
