Great entry level Fitness Watch!
6 of 6 found this helpful You can spend as much as you like on GPS and Fitness watches and I’ve always used Strava on my Phone when out for a run or cycle but decided to take the plunge on an entry level GPS watch. The Forerunner 45 hasn’t disappointed at all, really pleased with all the functionality, it’s easy to track runs, cycles or other workouts including Yoga. The Garmin app works well with Strava and has some other useful insight such as Stress and Sleep, body battery. Quite frankly if you want to keep track of some standards metrics don’t spend any more than this!
