  Worst buying experience yet. Bought on the 20th April. And didn’t receive until the 10th march! Seller did not advertise that there would be customs charges. So I had to pay customs £88! Seller could quite easily send item as gift to avoid charges like other better sellers on eBay. Not only did this happen, they also used an inferior courier company. They couldn’t even find my address. And as I result I had to drive 20 miles to collect! Box was ripped to pieces. Avoid this company

  We'd love to resolve the situation but can't send items as gifts as this goes against tax fraud regulations. Although we state in all our listings that we are an Irish-based seller, sent your package immediately using high quality material, & sent it with our leading trusted Irish courier (An Post), unfortunately it got held up in customs. Unfortunately, sometimes things can happen outside of our control. I understand your frustration with how things played out & apologise for your experience.
