DOA Dead on Arrival

I've got an original one of these from 10 years ago which still works & is a great unit. However I bought this to replace A spare one that was found to be inoperative when I tried it. I assumed my dead unit had failed but come to think of it i don't remember ever using it. Now lo & behold this new unit is dead straight out of the package. It seems that a previously excellent product has been ruined by switching to a rubbish manufacturer. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT WONT WORK OR IT WILL FAIL VERY SOON!
