Functions great, and the card looks really nice in my case
I use this card so that I can operate my PS4 through my computer. It works great to get sound from both my PC and PS4 through my headset while still being able to use PS4 party chat.
The only trouble I had with it originally was that it wasn't ditecting any signal from the PS4 originally, but that turned out to be a setting that needed to be adjusted in the PS4 settings.

Works great for splitting the hdmi
Just make not that it doesn't switch very well between the two channels. It can only send signal to one of the outputs at a time. If you try to switch to the other signal too quick, it stops sending signal to either one.
