Much better than expected. Best bootleg.

For the price, it was obviously going to be a bootleg. I was a bit worried because bootlegs of gen3 can be a bit rough with the fact that most don't have working clocks. This version was actually incredibly well made. I was almost convinced it was real at first. The cartridge is very nice, the sticker looks great, the clock works, and everything seemed perfect. There's of course a few tiny details that make it clearly a bootleg on closer inspection, but they're not a big deal. What I find most impressive is that the game appears to have been patched to where the clock "works" but only while the game is running. So timed things still occur, berries still grow. It's not a perfect solution, but it works much better than expected. Hopefully I can find a Fire Red that's this good as well.
