It is fine for one or two persons in my opinion. There are many uses with it, be creative.
1 of 1 found this helpful It takes a bit of trials to get the results you desire. The instructions are for gas cooking and we have electric. One large pancake takes about 6-7 minutes so there is much wait time if more than one person is waiting. Haven't tried a lesser amount of pancake batter for a thinner pancake yet. Worked well making a grilled ham and cheese sandwich too! Slid right out of the pan when finished.
