writes well on plastic labels
Doesn't smudge and writes well on plastic plant labels. only critisism is that after about 3 dozen labels it is not as sharp as it could be and your writing becomes a bit thick and harder to read. I do not push hard when I write, as this would be the expected result.

brilliant for space saving
This time of year when potting up seedlings,I have used them all. My 12 foot greenhouse is too small just now, but I can balance these trays to extend my space
