Rust & Stains
1 of 1 found this helpful I ordered three roll of steel cents. The price was fair, I thought, but it turned out otherwise. Of the 150 cents, there were four that were not even steel ( two copper and two plated zinc). Numerous others with varying degrees of rust and the associated pitting. Some were so bad that features and date could not be discerned. Given the choice, I would go elsewhere . I plan to give them out to kids as examples of wartime expediency, but still ...

Good Value & Very Useful For Stamps
Excellent flips for my use, which is stamps. I cut them at the hinge and double the number ordered. The flips are made from a rather stiff plastic which holds stamps well and keeps them from slipping out of position.
