1st Cast Iron Skillet
I’ve just started cooking with cast iron. It’s labor intensive with all the cleaning and heating and seasoning. It’s an ongoing science project to do it right. But the pan itself is heavy and very well made. Great for grilling and searing on the stove and in the oven. I recommend it for all cooks and chefs.
