Not the best but not the worst
I paid £55 for a second hand but unused loom. I tested the plugs and one had a loose shield connection. As these plugs are removable they are also easy to fix. My use will be in a studio where the cables will not be moved so for my purposes they don't need to be ruggard.

Good as new
The drive works as it should and more importantly I checked the cycles and it said 2. This means it's been powered on twice, once by myself and once previously by whoever tested it.

Heavy boy
The picture has a good quality and works well with a games console. The system setup initially is a bit confusing however you soon work out what goes where. The Freeview channel numbers is a bugbear as it does not correspond to the listings online, i.e. CH4 is on channel 3 where ITV should be (you may be able to change this but as yet I haven't gone that far into its programming).
Be aware, the TV is a heavy one. Two fit grown men will not want to carry this far! Scart inputs all feel solid which is a big plus because loads of tv's have this problem where they become a bit loose.
I purchased this set 2nd hand on eBay for £40 and to be honest at that price you can not complain and I would rate it excellent for the price. Brand new I would rate it average (as I have done so).
