Good price for a functional pressure washer
The price was $30 less than the no-name brand sold a Costco, which looks identical. Ryobi has a good reputation so this purchased was reasonable for the few time I expect to use it.
Shipping was quick but there was no outer box so the store display box was quite mangled by the time it arrived.
This was sold as a refurbished machine. I had to fix a few things to get it ready to use, I replaced a missing washer for the handle and a gasket for the supply hose. I had to sand down rust on the pressure hose fittings and had to clean-up the o-ring for one end.
While washing my patio, after about five minutes, the machine started to make strange noises . I shut it down; ran some more water through the system; and restarted. I worked OK after that.

Good design but low power.
The Toshiba TPX seems to be well build and functions as described in the user manual. However the sales information does not mention the working load capacity which is not enough to operate my LaserJet printer except in the surge protector outlets. The TPX runs at about 40% capacity when I operate my PC, two screens, a network switch, and two NAS servers. With the printer on and idle, the TPX has to run the voltage keeping circuit intermittently and continuously during the printer power up cycle. The manual (not stated in the sales ad) says the TPX is not expected to be able to handle printers.
I bought this UPS because my APC UPS batteries would not charge any more. The APC cost about one third the price of this TPX and had the capacity to run everything plus one more UPS outlet and one more surge protected outlet. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the Toshiba lasts three times as long.
